Leftovers

The item Leftovers is a held item that gradually restores the holder's HP. At the end of each turn, a Pokémon holding Leftovers recovers 1/16th of its maximum HP. This item is popular in competitive battles for providing consistent, passive healing, making it especially useful for bulky or defensive Pokémon that benefit from staying on the field longer.
"An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder's HP is slowly but steadily restored throughout every battle."
Obtainment Method
A Leftovers item can be obtained in two ways. The first method is by finding it on a wild Munchlax, which has a 1/3 chance of holding it in Viridian Forest or Deep Forest Zone 2. The second method is by receiving it for free in Celadon City, where an NPC standing next to a dumpster across from the Pokécenter will give you one if you speak to him.
Light Ball

The Light Ball is an item that, when held by Pikachu, doubles its Attack and Special Attack stats. Introduced in Generation II, this item is unique in its effect on Pikachu, making it especially valuable for boosting Pikachu’s offensive capabilities in battles.
"An item to be held by Pikachu. It's a puzzling orb that boosts its Attack and Sp. Atk stats."
Obtainment Method
The Light Ball can only be obtained by encountering a Pikachu on Route 1 with a 1/3 chance of it holding the item. While Pikachu can also be found in Viridian Forest, it will not have a chance to hold a Light Ball there.
Lucky Egg

The Lucky Egg is an item that, when held by a Pokémon, increases the experience points (EXP) it gains from battles by 50%, making it a valuable tool for efficient training and leveling. Pairing the Lucky Egg with a 2x Experience Booster can significantly accelerate the leveling process. This combination effectively quadruples the experience points earned in battles, providing a much faster and easier way to level up your Pokémon.
"An item to be held by a Pokémon. It's an egg filled with happiness that earns extra Exp. Points in battle."
Obtainment Method
A Lucky Egg can be obtained in two ways. The first method is by finding it on a wild Chansey, which has a 1/3 chance of holding it in Fuchsia City or Isle of Armor. The second method is by receiving it for free in Lavender Town: an NPC located in a house just across from the Pokécenter will give you one for free if you speak to him.
