Dev-mons

Dev-Mons are a unique class of Pokémon, specifically created for Developers. These Pokémon are distinguished by their unparalleled abilities and flexibility within the game mechanics. Unlike standard Pokémon, Dev-Mons have the extraordinary capability to learn any move or ability in the game, regardless of type or category, making them highly versatile and powerful in any situation.

In addition to their move pool flexibility, some Dev-Mons possess truly otherworldly stats. For instance, Beru, a standout example, features a staggering base speed of 8,534, which is far beyond the capabilities of any standard Pokémon. This makes it nearly unbeatable in terms of speed, allowing it to outpace almost any opponent. However, not all Dev-Mons are defined solely by extreme statistics. Necrozma-Ultra, for example, is more balanced, with its highest base stats being Attack and Special Attack, both capped at 167, which, while formidable, keeps it within the range of more conventional Pokémon design.
